Today is his day

Today our beloved ABBA composer and keyboardist is turning 64 years old! In this very special December 16th I wish him all love, happiness, peace and health that this very kind and generous man so much deserves.

Our Princess' birthday!

Our dear Anni-Frid "Frida" Lyngstad is turning 65 years old! In this precious day, I wish our Princess - in every sense of the word - all harmony and love she deserves!

To honor her, I'm posting the tribute below with my message of love to this great human being. 

On November 15th, 1945, a very special person was born...

... she became a very sweet and shy girl with a great dream...

... to be a singer!

However, she hasn't only captivated people with her beauty or her voice...

... but also with her lovely smile...

... her kindness...

... her charisma...

... her sympathy...

... her integrity...

... her strength...

... her concern about important issues...

... her ability to overcome adversities in life and keep going smiling...

... among many other things that can't be put into words, but into feelings

Mamma Mia! in Brazil

Mamma Mia! is now here, in Brazil! The premiere of the most famous musical in the world took place today at Teatro Abril, in São Paulo. As the tradition says, the songs of the musical were translated into the language of our country, so we can see Mamma Mia! in Portuguese. The most proeminent actors and actresses of the show are Kiara Sasso (Donna), Pati Amoroso (Sophie), Saulo Vasconcelos (Sam) and Andressa Massei (Rosie). They will perform the musical until December 19th.

Well, I hope I go to São Paulo as soon as I can to see the musical!

Today the new Jojje Wadenius' album was released and Frida sang Morning Has Broken for it, a Cat Steven's very famous song. It had been six years since Frida's last performance for an album.

Today Björn and Agnetha attended the premiere of the musical Mamma Mia! in Copenhagen, Denmark. Below, some pictures of the event.

Frida and a new album

I just saw on Mikory ABBA blog this incredible news: in an interview to the Swedish newspaper Expressen, done on the Rock'N'Roll Hall Of Fame's night, Frida commented she is recording songs with a musician (who, however, she didn't reveal) to a new album, which will be released eventually...

I really hope our Princess can enchant us again with her angelical voice!
