While Frida was waiting for the recordings in ABBA - The Movie, the photographer probably saw a great opportunity to take some pictures of the Beauty of ABBA. I think he did a nice job, don't you?

I don't know about you, but, as I love ABBA, Frida and Benny & Frida (Ohh! Really?!), I simply love to find out rare pictures of them. Some of my findings may not be as notable for everyone as they are for me, I'm sure they may really be news for many people, though. So here I'm sharing with you some of the rarest ABBA photos I've found on the last months. Hope you like it!

In December 1977, the fifth ABBA album, ABBA The Album, whose LP had as cover the poster of ABBA - The Movie, was released in Scandinavian countries. For this album, Frida, Benny, Björn and Agnetha did the photo session below, on Riddarholmen island, in Stockholm. 

My family has the 30 June 1979 edition of the former Brazilian magazine Manchete, which has a small article about ABBA with this picture, the first of the group I saw in my life, many years ago.

This is not only a traditional photo session, as it also shows the traditional ABBA members, in relation to their clothes: fashionable - and somewhat romantic - Frida, cool Benny, practical Agnetha and sporting Björn

ABBA on 1977 tour

In 1977, ABBA did their Australian-European tour and many of the performances did in Australia were included on ABBA - The Movie. This post is dedicated to some of the inumerous photos taken during that tour, which began in late January 1977 and finished in mid-March 1977.
